Good to know before you book
- Rates: recurring from $40/hour (monthly $50, bi-weekly $45, weekly $42.50, twice a week $40), one-time $55/hour, 2-hour minimum. Other services on the Pricing & Policies page. All prices are estimates. First appointment is $50/hr. These recurring prices start with your 2nd appointment.
- Estimates: In-home estimate: $0 to book online. A $20 travel fee is charged at checkout when you pay, the same as every other appointment. Video estimates are free.
- Deposit: Every online booking requires a 50% deposit. Can't put a deposit down? Call or text us to ask about waiving it. Dog services, in-house laundry and ironing are paid in full when you book. Mobile laundry is 50% when you book and the rest when we pick up. If there are extra loads at pickup, the difference is paid after.
- Cancelling or rescheduling: There's no fee to reschedule with at least 8 hours' notice, and your first reschedule with under 8 hours' notice is waived. After that, rescheduling with less than 8 hours' notice is $20. Cancelling with less than 48 hours' notice is also $20, so we have time to offer your spot to another client. If you cancel, your deposit is forfeited. If you reschedule, you keep your deposit and it goes toward your new appointment. Lockout fee: $40.

$20 travel and supplies fee applies to every service.
Overnight premium: +$35. Overnight hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Appointments starting at 7:00 AM include the $35 overnight premium for the first hour. Jobs that run past 10:00 PM also include the $35 overnight premium. Regular hours are 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Customers pay $40 after their appointment.
