By the hour, not by square footage. One-time standard cleaning is $55/hour with a 2-hour minimum. Recurring standard cleaning is $50/hour monthly, $45/hour bi-weekly, $42.50/hour weekly and $40/hour twice a week. First appointment is $50/hr. These recurring prices start with your 2nd appointment. One-time deep cleaning is $55/hour with a 5-hour minimum ($275). Recurring deep cleaning (for example every 4, 5 or 6 months) is $50/hour with a 4-hour minimum ($200), starting with your second deep clean; the first is billed at $50/hour with a 5-hour minimum ($250). Time past the minimum is billed at the same hourly rate. A true deep clean takes most of a day, so it has a longer minimum.

Move-in/move-out cleaning is $65/hour. In-home laundry is $50/hour, mobile laundry is $15 per load, and ironing is $20 per bundle of items. Commercial cleaning is $85/hour. See the Pricing & Policies page for every service.

Shoe covers are always included. Shoe-free service (no shoes and no covers) is available as an add-on: $25 for visits under 4 hours, $50 for visits 4 hours or more. Just let us know when you book.

We accept All major credit cards; All debit cards; Klarna (pay over time); Cash; Cash App (details provided when you book); Zelle (details provided when you book); Check (upload your check in our system; it must clear before your appointment).

$20 travel and supplies fee applies to every service. Customers pay $40 after their appointment. Overnight premium: +$35. Overnight hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Appointments starting at 7:00 AM include the $35 overnight premium for the first hour. Jobs that run past 10:00 PM also include the $35 overnight premium. Regular hours are 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Video estimates are free. If you'd rather we see your home in person, an in-home estimate is $0 to book online. A $20 travel fee is charged at checkout when you pay, the same as every other appointment. Either way, you'll know what to expect before you book.

A $100 fee for hoarder, heavily cluttered or unsafe conditions that require extra equipment. We don't accept every hazardous job.

Every online booking requires a 50% deposit. Can't put a deposit down? Call or text us to ask about waiving it. If you cancel, your deposit is forfeited. If you reschedule, you keep your deposit and it goes toward your new appointment. Dog services, in-house laundry and ironing are paid in full when you book. Mobile laundry is 50% when you book and the rest when we pick up. If there are extra loads at pickup, the difference is paid after. There is no deposit for dog walks, pet drop-in visits, dog park visits, in-home laundry or ironing.

We don't offer refunds. If something was missed, call or text us and we may come back to make it right.

There's no fee to reschedule with at least 8 hours' notice, and your first reschedule with under 8 hours' notice is waived. After that, rescheduling with less than 8 hours' notice is $20. Cancelling with less than 48 hours' notice is also $20, so we have time to offer your spot to another client. If you cancel, your deposit is forfeited. If we can't get into your home at your appointment time, there's a $40 lockout fee. Please make sure we have a way in.

Dusting surfaces, furniture, shelves and décor; vacuuming and mopping floors; kitchen countertops, appliance exteriors, sink, cabinet fronts and backsplash; bathroom sinks, toilets, tubs, showers, mirrors, fixtures and tile; emptying trash; wiping baseboards, door frames and high-touch surfaces; and making beds and tidying bedrooms and living areas.

Detailed dusting and wiping of baseboards, vents, blinds and light fixtures; inside appliances; grout scrubbing and fixture polishing; walls, door frames and light switches; vacuuming under furniture; and ceiling fans, shelves, window sills and other hard-to-reach areas.

Yes. Clean Slate is background-checked, locally owned, and owner-operated.

Yes. New full-price clients get 50% off their 2nd clean. Your 2nd clean must be booked and completed on time; rescheduling forfeits the offer. It can't be combined with any other discount or referral credit.

Yes. After one year as a Clean Slate client, you get up to 50% off your birthday clean.

Yes. Your friend gets $25 off their first clean. You get a $25 credit once their first clean is paid, plus $50 more if they book recurring service.

Full-price clients can stack discounts up to 25% off in total. The 50% offers stand alone and can't be combined with other discounts or referral credits. Clients on discounted rates can't add other discounts.

Dog walks and pet drop-in visits: $12.50 for 15 minutes, $16.75 for 20 minutes, $25 for 30 minutes, $50 for 1 hour. Dog park visits: $13.75 / $18.25 / $27.50 / $55 for the same lengths. Fifteen-minute minimum; paid in full when you book.

Pet sitting is in your home only; we do not offer boarding. Standard Day $150 (8 AM–6 PM, 3 check-ins), Premium Day $350 (sitter stays 8 AM–6 PM), Overnight $150 (8 PM–7 AM), Hourly stay-with-pet $60/hour with a 2-hour minimum. Extra pets $10 small / $15 large.

No. Pet sitting is in your home only, so your pets stay comfortable where they live. We do not offer boarding.

In-home laundry is $50/hour and happens right in your home, with nothing to prep first. Mobile laundry is $15 per load: washed, dried and folded, then delivered back to your door. Ironing is $20 per bundle of items.
