- Every room: kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces
- Appliances inside and out, cabinets (inside and out), and countertops
- Baseboards, doors, and trim
- Interior windowsills and reachable light fixtures
- Dusting shelves, closets, ceiling fans, and vents
- Vacuuming and mopping all floors, including corners
- Removing cobwebs, dust, and debris left behind
- A final walkthrough before we leave

- Every empty home is different, so we'll look at the size and condition first, then send your estimate.
- Every online booking requires a 50% deposit. Can't put a deposit down? Call or text us to ask about waiving it. If you cancel, your deposit is forfeited. If you reschedule, you keep your deposit and it goes toward your new appointment.
- Minimums: standard cleans 2 hours; one-time deep cleans 5 hours ($275); recurring deep cleans 4 hours ($200).
