$20 travel and supplies fee applies to every service.
Overnight premium: +$35. Overnight hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Appointments starting at 7:00 AM include the $35 overnight premium for the first hour. Jobs that run past 10:00 PM also include the $35 overnight premium. Regular hours are 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Customers pay $40 after their appointment.
Dog services, in-house laundry and ironing are paid in full when you book. Mobile laundry is 50% when you book and the rest when we pick up. If there are extra loads at pickup, the difference is paid after. 15-minute minimum for dog services.

Fees and cancellation policy $20 to reschedule with under 8 hours' notice (your first one is waived), or to cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, lockout fee $40 and hazardous-condition fee $100. Details are below.
- Cancelling: 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling: 8 hours' notice. There's no fee to reschedule with at least 8 hours' notice, and your first reschedule with under 8 hours' notice is waived. After that, rescheduling with less than 8 hours' notice is $20. Cancelling with less than 48 hours' notice is also $20, so we have time to offer your spot to another client. If you cancel, your deposit is forfeited. If you reschedule, you keep your deposit and it goes toward your new appointment.
- Lockout fee: $40, if we can't get into your home at your appointment time.
- Hazardous-condition fee: $100, for hoarder, heavily cluttered or unsafe conditions that require extra equipment; we don't accept every hazardous job.
Recurring rates Bi-weekly is 10% off, weekly 15% off and twice a week 20% off. Monthly has no discount. It is based on the actual time between visits.

Discount stacking policy
- Standard discounts (military, teacher, senior, etc.) can be combined, but the total discount cannot exceed 25%. Full-price clients can stack up to 25% off in total.
- Discounts can't be combined by clients on non-approved or contract pricing. Clients on discounted rates can't add other discounts.
- The New Client Welcome (50% off 2nd appointment) and Birthday Loyalty discounts stand alone: they can't be combined with any other discount or referral credit and apply to full price only.
- Referral credits can be used with standard discounts (within the 25% cap), but not with the 50% stand-alone discounts.
- Discounts must be applied at the time of booking and may not be added after the service is completed.
Important notes
- A valid ID or proof of eligibility may be required for certain discounts.
- Discounts are for residential clients only.
- Discounts apply to labor/services and do not include travel fees or supplies fees.
- Clean Slate reserves the right to modify or discontinue any discount at any time.
- Holiday and seasonal specials are loyalty rewards for consistent clients of 1+ year. They aren't available to new or inconsistent clients.
